Гостиница ,,Меркурий и К,,

This hotel is so far from the centre. When I have raised my concerns about that bathroom shower was not clean, and then smell in the room. Admin from Reception just responded that building was old and that she didn’t know who advertised this hotel under 3 stars. The shower door was detached and almost hit me while I was in that shower. The mattress was not comfortable and you could feel the springs. The food in cafeteria I found very average and staff didn’t really pay much attention. When in the morning I asked to check out and asked for refund, the administrator was not happy. I was charged over 50% from the bill I paid for 3 nights, just for one night stay. They have charged 10% tax twice and 12% some other charge which admin didn’t explained. At that point, I just wanted to leave.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

As described. Nothing more, nothing less. I would like to take this opportunity to thank ALL the friendly staff who did their best to communicate with me without my knowledge of Russian or their knowledge of English. Really welcoming
