Not Recommended - lacks cleanliness and maintenance, I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The staff were not helpful, and the room was extremely small and not clean. There was hair on the pillows and visible mold in everywhere in the toilet. I also paid an extra 10 BD for a small bed in the room, but instead of providing a proper bed, they brought a so-called “free” mattress, which felt misleading and unprofessional. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The AC did not work for two days. Every time we called reception, they said someone would come to fix it. A staff member came 5–6 times, entered the room, looked at the AC control, did nothing, and left. At one point, they said it would be fixed in 30 minutes, but nothing ever happened. Later they claimed the AC was “iced” and promised to send someone to fix it — again, nothing was done. Their final solution was to offer a room change, but we refused because the second room as dirty as the first one. Overall, this hotel lacks cleanliness, proper maintenance, and basic customer service. I would not recommend staying here.
