Были проездом в Актобе, с Атырау ехали в Астану, выбрали данный отель для отдыха, и не пожалели. Месторасположение, чистота номера, добрый и приветливый персонал все на высшем уровне. И завтрак тоже очень вкусный. Спасибо вам, если будем в Актобе, то обязательно у вас остановимся. Оценка отеля 10 из 10!!!

The hotel brand new, clean , nice elevator , excellent breakfast

No small shops around to buy small things , another issue was the choices of TV channels, very limited and local KZ only .

The price and location

The lack of cleanliness, as garbage bin in bathroom was not empty hut with some particles from previous guest, I bet. Not really pleased with that
