The staff (Juliya) was extremely helpful, professional, and with very pleasant manners. She was always ready to provide us with information to make our stay in Almaty more pleasant. The location was great as the hotel is close to everything. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

Sehr freundlich, wir durften schon vormittags unsere Zimmer beziehen, das hat uns sehr geholfen! Riesige Zimmer, schönes Haus, alles extrem großzügig!

Warmes Wasser kann erst nach 10 Minuten.

Chambre très spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et confortable. Emplacement calme, mais sans être trop loin du centre (Bazar vert, parc Panfilov). Les gérants parlent l'anglais et sont chalereux.
