Много лет пользуюсь услугами данного отеля. По-моему, это лучший отель по соотношению качество / цена в Атырау. Удобная мебель, на кухне есть все необходимое оборудование, чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно в командировке. Есть сушилка для белья и утюг Персонал предупредительный и отзывчивый.

В моем 604 номере не было зеркала для бритья. В других номерах оно всегда было и сначала я даже не обратил внимание на то, что его нет и обнаружил это только утром, когда начал бриться. Шкаф в спальне - створки плоха ездят в пазах и сам шкаф качается. В душевой напор воды слабый.
