Personnel serviable et excellent accueil.

We encountered a few issues at the beginning of our stay, but the staff resolved them promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

В номере нет полотенец, нет пульта от телевизора. Завтрака начинаются в 08.30, но если уезжаешь раньше этого времени, ланчбокс не собирают....

Hard to communicate with the staff in English. I didn’t have electricity in my room, I asked for help and despite I was assured that it would be fixed, when I came back to my room in the evening there was still no electricity.. Breakfast starts at 8:30 which is pretty late. I asked for coffee about 7:30 because I had to leave and go to the airport. The staff wanted to charge me for additional coffee despite the fact that I was skipping the breakfast where coffee was included.

Хороший просторный номер, расположение далековато от основного центра, персонал очень любезный. Кондиционер плохо работает, в остальном всё шикарно.
