Хороший вполне просторный номер. Чисто и ухоженно. Видно что следят за исправностью всего и состоянием номеров. Персонал вежливый, заботливый и доброжелательный. Идут на встречу по вопросам. Был удивлен, что в эту стоимость ещё и входил завтрак.

Кондиционер не охлаждал почему-то.

I really liked the cost of the facility and the nice staff who could help you with any questions. I didn't have to wait for check-in or check-out, and my room was clean. The place is under construction, but it didn't bother me during my stay at the hotel. Overall, the breakfast and the location — though far from the city center (in Astana there is no real city center) — were good for that price.

I also had some issues with the staff. When I informed them several times that I could not turn off the AC and they agreed to help, they never came back, so I slept with the noise. I could also hear sounds from the next room, which also bothered my stay — you could clearly hear everything people were doing next door.

The rooms were a little tired but the bed was super comfy and the hotel was very quiet. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast was a bonus

Очень симпатичное место, хорошие завтраки и чистые уютные номера с удобными и мягкими кроватями.

Под 11 номером, каждые две минуты открывалась и закрывалась какая-то скрипучая дверь)

Все понравилось. Очень приветливый персонал. В отеле чисто. Рядом кафе есть поесть. Вернусь еще к вам.

Очень чисто, номер был относительно новый, тихий. Персонал очень приятный, исполняли все просьбы. Хороший интернет

Окно не открывалось на проветривание, работал только кондиционер
