Location. Right by the pier. I stayed alone in the whole dorm room, there were no other guests. Price

Not clean, army of ants on the wall, cockroaches. Strong smell from the toilet, they didn’t provide even soap. Had to buy. Yellow water from the sink so have to buy bottled water to wash face, brush teeth. Facilities are super old.

Good location.

The dorm rooms look nothing like the photos suggest they would. There are actually only two dorm rooms totalling ten beds with no door in between and only one washroom to share between. The washroom itself is unsatisfactory; unclean, small, no lid on the toilet, only cold water which was sporadic at best, no container of the shower so whole room gets wet. The bathroom bin is not emptied as a matter of course but only if specifically left outside in the morning. This is particularly problematic for smell since used toilet paper can not be flushed. The room is really unclean with grubby bedsheets, curtains and towels. The bathmat in particular was black in places. There was trash left in the room beside the beds which begs the question of when the rooms were last properly tidied and cleaned. Cobwebs with dead spiders all around the bedroom and washroom also suggest this. There's no main light in the bedroom; only one bulb above each bed which is fine when sitting in bed but problematic for everything else. No AC with only a fan above each bed makes the room extremely warm. The beds themselves were not even comfortable; very solid mattress and pillow. The whole place was full of bugs which I understand to a certain extent in this part of the world but the rooms were literally crawling with them all over including bedbugs which suggests an overall lack of cleanliness and care. Potentially also affecting this is that fact that none of the windows or doors close properly. The room in general is not very welcoming with old electrical outlets and stains on the walls. There was no sign of the supposed complimentary breakfast and nobody around to ask for help in a morning. Overall a really unpleasant experience. Would advise people to look elsewhere even if it means spending slightly more.

The staff was quite rude and it was difficult to communicate basic things . My bed blanket had multiple stains and I even heard One guest complain about having bed bags. There was rarely toilet paper in the toilet and only 2 toilet. It was pretty filthy the facility. The door was always open and everyone could get in easily and it was noisy with the door open. I didn't feel safe.

Good privacy curtains and decent blankets and had toilet paper in the washrooms

No A/C, very dirty washroom with no soap, staff weirdly decided to clean the washroom and take trash at 7am which woke everyone up
