Via Mina Hotel

Some trips turn out magical, and this was one of them. The simplicity, yet profound beauty of the place, is quite remarkable. From the moment we arrived, Simon welcomed us as if it was his home with genuine warmth and hospitality. Always cheerful and ready to assist, the staff added a special touch with their smiles and friendliness. Such things are never taught, they only reflect the warmth of the people of Lebanon with their genuine hospitality. Exploring Tripoli from Via Mina felt different one filled with warmth, beauty, and a sense of tradition and definitely to be repeated

We loved the 2 min walk to the beach. Air conditioned rooms and staff. Food was great and lots of safe shops 5 mins walk into the city. You can have breakfast in the front garden. Tripoli isn’t too far and locals taxis charge a $1 per person to get there. The beach with shisha is around the corner too. If you need a pharmacy or any groceries, it’s a 5 min walk too. Thanks to Simon for being the manager and helping us.

Slow WiFi was the only complaint.

Nice front garden. Simon at reception was very helpful during the entire stay.

Needs some maintenance, e.g pool area. Some more sockets and repair the ones which do not work.

Located right at the harbour front, the hotel is a lovely classical building with lovely decorated interiors. Bed was super comfortable and the staff did everything to ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Great location, very friendly staff, and an all round great stay. I hope to be back!

The only extra thing I would have liked is a Smart TV with Netflix etc. rather than the old sort. Everything else was ideal!
