I had a wonderful stay at White Lion Paradise. The hospitality provided by the owner was truly exceptional—they were very welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were equally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality that made every meal enjoyable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which added to the overall pleasant experience. I would highly recommend White Lion Paradise to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service.

Delicious food and friendly staff

The staff were amazing. All the guys who looked after us in the restaurant and on the beach were always smiling, singing and dancing. The location is perfect, right on the beach with plenty of sun loungers. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We stayed in a triple room so that we could lay our clothes out on the single bed. The room was large with a good sized balcony and it was bright with good lighting. It was also very peaceful.

A slight issue is that while the room appeared at first glance to be clean we found that the dressing table and bedside cabinets could not have been moved for cleaning in a very long time. There was dust and dirt behind them. The bedding and towels were clean but stained. The bathroom attachments are rusty and the I had to clean the glass shelf above the basin when we arrived. During our 8 weeks in Sri Lanka we stayed in many places, some much cheaper than here and they were spotlessly clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. A bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance and the score would have been a 10.
