Fantastiskt läge precis på en mycket vacker sandstrand. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God och rejäl frukost. Dryck och mat kan beställas smidigt från stranden.

Vstřícní a milí majitelé, snažili se vyhovět každému našemu přání, velice nápomocní. Bohaté a chutné snídaně, ubytovaní bylo čisté, v klidné lokalitě, blízko na pláž 50m.

Der Strand am Hotel ist schön und es gibt Schildkröten. Liegestühle sind gratis. Personal war freundlich, spricht aber kaum Englisch.

Das Zimmer war extrem muffig und roch nach Schimmel. Im Badezimmer war ein riesiger Schimmelfleck und alle metallenen Einrichtungen waren komplett verrostet. Lüften ist quasi nicht möglich, es gibt nur ein kleines Fenster in einen dreckigen Schacht. Wir haben durch die schlechte Luft Husten müssen. Das Wasser würde höchstens lauwarm. Wir haben uns in dem Zimmer überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Zimmer 01 auf jeden Fall vermeiden. Der Vermieter hat nach Abreise die Buchung storniert.

We had a great stay at White Lion Paradise! It’s a family run hotel and hostel with very friendly staff and owners. The spot was perfect; more or less directly on the beach. Every morning we went to snorkle with the turtles that live in the bay. The breakfast was great with a lot of fruits and your choice of western or Sri Lankan breakfast. You can eat on the terrace and have a view over the sea. A few more restaurants on the beach for lunch, sun set drinks etc. A calm place for relaxation. It’s only a 10 min Tuk Tuk to busy and wonderful Hiriketiya if your in the need for more action. The owners helped out to get Tuk Tuk for a good price. Overall a great place for a good price!

The chefs makes really tasty food. Though very very slow…we could wait for over an hour for just a simple lunch. But when food arrived it was worth waiting for. The beds was quite hard…not very comfortable for us, but I guess quite common everywhere in Sri Lanka ;-). Rooms where big and bright with large balcony. Though lights coming in from the corridor in our room which made you need to sleep with an eye mask.

Large, clean rooms in a peaceful environment. Situated a few steps away from Batigama Beach where you can snorkel with turtles during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Staff were friendly and attentive to all needs. Many eating options in close proximity.

Excellent and new dorm. Have all facilities in it. Clean room. Delicious food in restaurant.
