ELLA Delightful Surround

The location was good, close walk to town along the train tracks. Comfortable pillows, the hosts were nice.

We felt uncomfortable in this accommodation as soon as we arrived. The apartment was damp throughout (yes this was due to the weather in ella), we were provided only 2 towels for the family, and they did not dry the entire stay. We had to use one each night to dry down the bathroom. We had no where to sit as the couchs were damp. The air-conditioning worked but was definitely "on its last legs" and periodically worked. The outside area would be nice to sit, but it was covered in clothes hanging everywhere. Breakfast arrived on time, but was cold. The images presented on this ad appear very out of date.

A safe, pleasant, free and comfortable place. Close to the city. Easily accessible by short roads. Delicious breakfast buffet. Friendly owner. They took us to many beautiful places in their vehicle. For a reasonable price.

Behavior of the owner and Breakfast

Need huge renovation. No TV, no refrigerator, hot water supply is very poor. Stairs to go to the room is very dangerous and risky because no shade on the stairs, always wet by rain and very narrow. worm shown in the bathroom everyday. Balcony to sit is very risky.

There is a friendly couple. We got a comfortable bed. Pleasant surroundings. They took us to my next accommodation in their vehicle for a reasonable price.

The host was kind and welcoming, and the view of trains passing by from the room was charming. However, the location is not as described—it is quite far from the town. And the road leading there passes a dumping ground that smells terrible. The room also had lizards and insects, and the hilltop location felt unsafe at night due to the lack of streetlights.

A free and quiet environment. A clean and modern bedroom. Friendly residents. They are a young, pleasant couple. They have a small pet 🐇 , so we can stay safely and comfortably.

Great location walking distance from the town center. The room overlooks the train tracks but the sound of the old train was charming more than disturbing. The train did not run at night so it did not disturb my sleep. The staff was helpful and even let me borrow an umbrella when it down poured rain.

The bathroom although clean could have used a coat of paint and the shower did not get very hot. The room is carpeted and in the rainy season (December) everything just seemed a bit damp at all times.
