Wrong claim as kitchenette as shown was non operational and room size was small as compared to shown in picture . Location was aloof with no transport.

The staff and the management team are poorly trained

I booked a room 3 months ago before arrival. The give me room facing storage area and repair cars . They kept my my original room someone else. When I complained. They throw me out after spending 3 hours in the hotel. They said they will refund me my money. They refund me nothing

호텔의 위치가 환상적이었습니다. 할리우드가 호텔에서 바로 보이고, 걸어서 빅씨마트를 갈 수 있으며, 터미날21, 센트럴 파타야 등 쇼핑시설까지 볼트를 불러서 10분이내에 도착이 가능합니다. 또한 호텔 바로 옆에 유명한 로컬 식당이 있어서 점심식사도 바로 해결이 가능합니다.

에어컨이 한번 고장이 났던 점 수페리어 더블룸의 경우 에어컨이 침대를 향해 있어서 자고 일어나면 목이 아픈점. 루프탑에서 판매하는 칵테일이 맛이 없어요,

Takpoolen var häftigt. Rummet var stor och bekvämt.

Parkering var väldigt begränsad men ont om platser när jag var där. Hotellet låg på en liten soi men var lätt att hitta.
