Dear Management of Slemani Rotana, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my stay at your hotel from 27 March to 28 March 2026. My experience was completely unacceptable and far below any standard expected from a hotel of your reputation. First, the air conditioning in my room was not working at all, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the corridor on the 10th floor was flooded with rainwater, creating a hazardous and unhygienic environment. This clearly reflects serious negligence in maintenance and facility management. More alarmingly, I experienced a severe violation of privacy. One of your employees was attempting to listen at my door while I was having a private conversation with my wife. This behavior is outrageous, unethical, and completely unacceptable. I reported this incident to your management team; however, no action was taken and no disciplinary measures were enforced. This lack of response demonstrates a complete disregard for guest safety, privacy, and basic professionalism. Based on this unacceptable experience, I strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel under any circumstances. I am therefore formally requesting: A full refund for my stay (27–28 March 2026) Additional financial compensation as a penalty for the distress, discomfort, and violation of privacy I experienced If this matter is not addressed seriously and promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly across all major platforms. I expect an immediate and serious response.p
