Great hotel located in the city center Salem Street where there are many restaurants and cafes. The cleanliness level is very good. The reception staff are very helpful. In addition, there is a free coffee and tea machine in the room. Beautiful view. There is free parking. Close to the famous Mawlawi Market. I recommend this hotel. I will come back again.

We are citizen tourists who came to the Rotana Hotel because it is the cleanest hotel, but I was surprised by the inappropriate behavior of the hotel security guard staff. He treats tourists as if they are in a government department!!!! Unfortunately, in such hotels, they should bring educated employees who behave in a very nice way and not dress formally and treat them like villagers. Does the hotel’s administrative manager know? Is he satisfied or is this a normal situation at the Rotana Hotel? Is it true that the parking garage is forbidden for customers!!?? After I appeal to the country, I will write to the main department of the Rotana Hotel… تحية طيبة ،مع الأسف حارس بوابة الفندق روتانا سليمانية تصرفهم لايليق بفندق خمسة نجوم نحن مواطنون سياح أتيناه الي فندق روتانا لأن انظف فندق بس اتفاجأ من تصرفات الغير الائق لموظفي حارس الأمن الفندق يتعامل مع السياح مثل كأنو في مكان دائرة حكومية!!!!مع اسف في هكذا فنادق يجب أن يأتوا بموظفين متعلمين بأسلوب جميل جدا وليست ملابسهم رسمية وتعاملهم وقرويون هل يعلم مدير الإداري للفندق هل هو راضى ام هذا الوضع طبيعي عند فندق روتانا هل صدق كراج السيارات ممنوع للزبون!!؟؟بعد رجوي للبلد سأراسل القسم الرئيسي لفندق روتانا…
