"Amazing stay but don’t break a glass"

The hotel is amazing and the staff is incredibly attentive. It was one of the stays that I will remember forever. The only sour spot is that they charged us for a broken glass that we told them about. It’s very petty to charge for a broken glass when you spend $$$$ for a suite.

The grounds were lovely, beautiful gardens.

Although the facilities were lovely and beautifully located on the cove of the Banderas Bay, it was not an adult only facility. Apparently, the owners family were there during our stay. Four young children, that no matter how their mother consistently yelled through the property for them to be quiet and stay away from the guest areas, they chose not to. They played outside our sliding glass doors to our unit, woke us up in the morning, 7:00 AM on a Sunday. The staff apologized, but did nothing to curtail the behavior of the children or their mother.
