Le stanze al quarto piano necessitano di un ammodernamento

I liked the hotel in general. The staff are very nice and responsible. The hotel has a lift, which is very convenient when checking in and out. The room, although a little tired and not looking modern (such is the design), is very comfortable and cosy. Everything works in the room; it is spacious, light, and warm. There is enough space to dry things after a day of skiing. There is a bath; the plumbing is a little outdated but in excellent condition, and everything works. Hot water and pressure are without problems. The spa area is comfortable and functional, with several saunas at different temperatures, and a pool, although not big, is clean, modern, and comfortable, ensuring complete relaxation. Dinner is excellent, although at first we were surprised by the concept, where waiters put whatever you want on your plate. However, there were no problems with this. Dinner is at the level of a restaurant: very tasty, beautiful, and satisfying. It is very close from the hotel to the ski lift. For breakfast, there is good coffee (espresso) and a large selection of sweets.

There are not enough sockets in the room; it is difficult to find a place for a large family. The bathroom is a bit dark; it would be nice to replace the mixer in the shower with a thermostatic one. There are a lot of children in the pool and spa area. There is a ban on children under 14 visiting the spa, but this does not stop them from running around the saunas. Then why put up this notice? The ski room is a bit cramped; often, our skis simply do not fit into the rack with the room number. The room for drying ski boots has no ventilation; although the electric boot dryer does its job, the moisture has nowhere to go. As a result, none of the three pairs of boots dried completely. In the end, I took my boots to the room and dried them using the drying device that was brought. What I disliked the most was the breakfast. The worst choice in history: no vegetables, no choice at all. Even the eggs are a problem! You have to boil them yourself! There is a queue half the length of the hotel behind you while you try to boil eggs for the whole family. Is it really that hard to boil the eggs in advance and leave the boiling option for the picky ones?! The breakfast organisation is disgusting; everything is placed close to each other, and there is no space at all; this creates a crush and excitement. The choice is bacon, sausages, and omelettes made from powder that are completely inedible. Cheese and sausage are of the same type.
