Criu Boutique Hotel

Das Hotel hat ein tolles Design, ist hell und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super, um Ausflüge zu machen und auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön und es befinden sich einige Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort.

Das Frühstück und das generelle Ambiente des Hotels.

Die Matratze war sehr hart und der Balkon ging raus in den Hinterhof des im Hotel befindlichen Restaurant, da wurde bis nachts um 1 noch Tische und Stühle gerückt, ganz zu schweigen von dem Essensgeruch. Eines Abends hatte das Hotel ein Problem mit dem Boiler bei uns auf dem Balkon. Das Hotelpersonal musste mehrmals in unser Zimmer und war auch drin, als wir nicht da waren, ohne zu Fragen. Das Personal war freundlich und hat sich auch oft entschuldigt, jedoch wäre eine Entschädigung wie z.B. ein Wein oder Bier für die Unannehmlichkeiten sehr nett gewesen. Da wir mehre Stunden kein Wasser hatten und auch die Klospülung nicht benutzen konnten.

Hotel con muy buena decoración. Estaba todo muy limpio. El personal super atento, sobre todo el chico de la recepción. La ubicación para nosotros nos pareció perfecta. Aparcábamos en el parking que había enfrente 10€ el día. El desayuno correcto.

We loved the view from our room all the way to the ocean and the breakfast on the terrace. They kindly helped carry our luggage to the top floor. Loved the art throughout the hotel

Location fantastica così come il paese in cui si trova a due passi dall’Etna. Hotel bello e confortevole arredato con gusto e semplicità, camere spaziose con letto comodissimo e bagno grande e ben accessoriato. Colazione varia e abbondante servita nei giorni di sole sulla terrazza. Ottimi i ristoranti e le pizzerie nelle vicinanze. Inoltre merita una menzione lo staff attento e cordiale. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
