Bathroom door was broken, I sent 2 requests regarding parking restrictions in the old town. I received no reply from the hotel! I had to park a long way from the hotel and transport our luggage. On arrival the receptionist when I asked produced a card that allowed us to park by the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone as it does not meet the standard you expect from booking.com.

La mia stanza dava su un vicolo caratteristico e aveva una vista sui tetti che mi è piaciuta molto. La stanza pulita, la doccia grande. Il materasso comodo e sostenuto, così come i cuscini. Tutto pulito. Colazione in struttura buona. Avrei voluto rimanere di più è comodissimo per turisti che vogliono visitare il centro
