The breakfast was very abundant and satisfying. The dinner was great too and quite good value. The facilities were great with a gym and pool included. The area is quite nice - not too far from the town but far enough that it's quite quiet and you can go on walking trails very easily. The car park is very close by and easy to access. The staff were all really lovely.

The smoke alarm in the room kept flashing during the night, so much so that I could see it with my eyes closed and it was difficult for a light sleeper like me - less intrusive alarms are easy to find. The bed had feet that enable them to slide to help when moving it, but mean that when you sit up in bed against the wall, the bed slowly slides away from the wall and it can be a bit annoying.
