Cuando nos fuimos

65e por dormir en 1 área de servicio donde se escucha en coches y camiones SIN RECEPCIÓN El check in se hace en el bar Si necesitas algo, almohadas mantas toallas NADIE!! Con la puerta abierta,que no se cierra,hay gente de dudoso pasado y presente q VIVEN allí...

La autovía y el ruido de los camisones.... relajante y zen.

El baño,.

El check in hay que hacerlo en el bar y no esta indicado en ninguna parte. Estando en la habitación, me intentaron abrir la puerta en tres ocasiones

Pas de bruit la nuit.

Accueil , le lieu. Une des deux chambres avait un problème d'eau : soit brûlante soit rien du tout. Difficulté pour trouver ce lieu de nuit.

+ the beds were comfortable + there were enough towels + there was some soap provided + it wasn't too noisy

- the rooms weren't clean, especially the floors - the AC didn't work at all - the toilet was uncomfortable to use - way too close the wall and the door - the reception was not on the site - it's actually in another building, which is a restaurant - the staff wasn't helpful at all - asking for the right person to come to the reception, explaining where the room is, printing the invoice without mistakes - all that seemed problematic. All in all, customer service was non existant. - if the restaurant is integrated with the hotel - it's way overpriced and the food served there is of the lowest quality prepared with the lowest effort
