Couldn't find where to put the card key into the slot to turn on the lights. Very far from the door, inside the room. Also, not enough lights in the room

The room was very spacious and had a great large bed and bathroom. We were also pleased with the comfort of the stuff that was included inside of it (closets, and luggage rack, etc). The bed was REALLY low to the ground and firm, and the view was okay (not like a great view like you'd imagine, there's just a highway out most of the windows). The breakfast was good, very simple. There were not many opportunities to get coffee / cafe as there was no one really in there working the room. I did manage to get one cup before I left. The staff were friendly, and had everything ready to go for us!

The only real inconvenience was that the air conditioning in the room was incredibly weak. We had a larger room, which was nice, but we still ended up sleeping with only a sheet (barely on) because it was still very warm in the room, even after having the AC on while we were gone for the Ferrari tour and dinner.

Cleanliness, kind and helpful stuff, size of the room, free parking.

Breakfast should be better.

Parking space is more than enough. Air conditioner. Many hotels in Italy don't have air conditioner, which is unimaginable.

Room is very small. On booking it's 20 sq, but actually about 12 sq. Breakfast is too simple. Confined bathroom. The drain is clogged.
