Location is good. Nice sea view. Easy parking. Comfortable room and bed.

1) Floor trap water from upper level drop on to head and body at shower area, it is smelly and disgusting. Lack of maintenance. 2) TV doesn't work

Nothing positive to report. I actually checked into another hotel in Lumut.

The vicinity was dirty. The room dusty. The linens had stains. The floor also had patches of stains.
