We had a small problem, in so far as both my husband and I had booked a room for us both, so consequently we had booked and paid for two rooms rather than one. The reception staff explained that as receptionists they were unable to process any refund. However, their kind, courteous and friendly manner meant that we still ended up feeling well looked and valued. Well done receptionist staff!

Albergo accanto alla fermata dei pullman e delle navette gratuite per Mont Saint Michel. Stanza piccola ma bene per una notte se non si ha tanti bagagli. Zona tranquilla. Colazione per 9,50 € non abbondatissima ma soddisfacente.

Il check in alle 17 è un pò tardi anche se si può lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente in struttura

Good breakfast, clean room, close proximity to MSM. A male staff who served me on the first and last day is welcoming, helpful and efficient. All staff I spoke to on the last day were friendly too.

A female staff with glasses and tied up hair, answered my questions curtly, without a smile, and treated a few guests in the same manner. However, she had a friendly tone with other guests.

Staying in a private area directly on the Mont Saint‑Michel beach turned out to be the perfect choice. The setting was wonderfully quiet, with restaurants nearby and the island shuttle just steps away. Still, the real highlight was the ability to walk to Mont Saint‑Michel — an absolutely magical experience that made the stay unforgettable.

Front desk staff fell short in kindness and helpfulness, and travelers should note that an access code is required to enter the area—so checking emails beforehand is essential.
