Amazing location and very friendly host/staff. Nice rooms, fantastic views from the windows.

Rooms are a bit small for the price

The location was amazing, technically you are on the ski ride so amazing ! The bed were super comfy as well

Well .. We have been told on arrival that the spa was open for walk in from 4pm and that for the jacuzzi we had to book in advance. Fair enough. On our last day, I did try to get the spa, and well it was not ON. When I asked the staff he said "if we are not asked by customer we do not turn it on" which was not what has been told to us on arrival. What was annoying is that I was waiting in my room thing 2pm to go the spa to be told that he was not ON and that it will take 1h to be ON. Technically I do understand the economic situation and that it is useless to let a spa on if nobody goes in it. But then that would be better to be told so, to avoid disappointment even more on our last day. Also I have to say that when I asked about it, the staff was not really convenient, I have worked in retail from 10 years, and I know when I have to say sorry. Also on the last night, we had to ask the staff to tell our neighbour to put down the TV as we could hear like he was in our room. Which is weird as one of the reason we did book this hotel was because it said "soundproof" well I can tell you it was not in our room. We will come back, as it is the best hotel in Pralognan, but I hope our stay will be much different.

The location is far a bit

Nice hotel with wonderful staff. Rooms average size and we had one with a balcony overlooking the town. Breakfast was very adequate. We ate dinner twice. The fixed menu fish was better than the stir fry. There was a nice jacuzzi you had to reserve and it was within walking distance to the chair lifts. It was a very good stay and would recommend it
