Nothing! Be careful this place is a honey trap.

After the payment went through the send me a WhatsApp regarding there policy, which is not in there booking information. There is no AC , no hot water, very low shower pressure, bad food, the restaurant is cheap, but the food is overcooked or undercooked, the waiters give you a feeling like there scared of you, and can barely understand them. We stayed 1 night in a family room cause they didn't have a better room , which was terrible, tiny toilet, full of spiders, and every thing I said at start. Then the "better room" came along, which looked ok at start , but was much worst! Full of ants that keept us up all night cause of there bites, bad bugs, spiders.. You can't even take a toilet paper without cleaning it from ants. We woke up at 2am and after seeing every thing we just packed our bags , which took an hour to make sure its clean , and waited for the reception to arrive. We didn't had any drinks or food in our things. When we lifted the mattress we saw tons of spiders web. Feels like they didn't even change the bed linens before, and the towels feel dry and years old.. This is not what we had in mind when we saw the reviews and the 8.6 grade from booking. Not the way we wanted to finish our honeymoon.

I liked the concept. The villas were thoughtfully appointed and visually beautiful. The surrounding jungle with all its atmosphere was fabulous. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I feel like a little more could have been done for the comfort and needs of the guest. I realize it's eco friendly but we never had hot water once. The mattresses were hard to my taste with pain in my hips waking me up through the night. The food was good but the choices were extremely limited. Again I realize the distance to a store, but being out of something as basic as butter for more than a few hours is really not ok as such it was two days I think. Dry toast is not preferred. I was also very surprised to be charged for refills of my morning coffee. I also wanted to point out that no description of the property on Booking.com indicated the steep walkways and stairs throughout the property. It seems for some people it could be an important factor in their decision of where to stay. In fairness, i did not point any of this out during our stay. This opinion is to hopefully help out moving forward. Best of luck to you Michele Layacan

Remote jungle vibes, rooms were well designed. Woke up to a gorgeous view of the water. Staff are friendly and can organize shuttles and tours on your behalf which is very helpful and removes the headache of self-coordinating. We found wifi was available and reliable throughout.

Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay despite our request (as cleaning is optional), as the shower would flood the bathroom and the water lingered overnight. Restaurant staff were, like all staff, very friendly - but service was very slow (for example: we scheduled breakfast for 7am but waited until 7:45 to be served). The resort could use a little more ambiance - there was no music at the bar or during massages which left something feeling a little “off”, but I suppose they’re leaning into the quiet of nature.

Jättecoolt ställe. Vi bodde en natt i samband med en tur till Underground River. Rummet var fint, poolen fin. Personal väldigt hjälpsam och ordnade med vår utflykt. Omgivningarna jättefina. Maten var sådär och ganska dyr.

Maten var dyr för vad man fick och inte jättegod.
