Наш случай полностью попадает под определение «независящие от нас обстоятельства». С нас взяли деньги, но услуги оказаны не были». Мы много раз пытались найти компромисс, предлагали дополнительную оплату, но администрация идет на принцип, а не пытается предложить выход из ситуации.

Loved the location, very peaceful after a busy couple of days in Manila. They organised transfers from airport and even to our next hotel easily. It was no hassles and all the staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs, especially organising a plate of only cucumber or tomato without question for one of our fuss pots. Kids loved the pool. Power points at the hammocks to charge our phone whilst kids splashed was a great addition and well thought out. There is no aircon but really wasn’t needed due to beautiful jungle breezes and fans in the room were more than sufficient. The day tour to Underground River was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our day, our group tour had the four of us and only one other couple and was absolutely lovely. Our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable with just the right amount of joy and humour as we went. We didn’t have time but would have also liked to do the fire fly tour as well. We would have maybe liked one more day just to chill out and use the day spa.

Hot water was available for our showers, just don’t expect scalding hot. My 10 year old struggled but the rest of us were fine.

Excellent séjour, personnel très aimable et disponible, chambre magnifique, fonctionnelle, spacieuse. Bon restaurant. Extérieurs très agréables et luxuriants. Excursion très bien organisée.

Prix des repas un peu élevés

Un emplacement vraiment extra, extra ordinaire. On est immergé dans la jungle, dont les singes passent discrètement sur la terrasse matin ou soir, dans leur quête arboricole de nourriture. Bien sûr les cheminements très pentes de la villa aux abords des équipements collectifs font accomplir des efforts physiques, conditions du plaisir d’être si à l’écart. Expérience inoubliable !!!

S’y déplacer est effectivement fatiguant : prix à payer pour mériter l’exceptionnel…

Enjoyed our stay in the jungle. The facilities, the services were great! People were also very nice, especially enjoyed talking with the bartender (Jade🙂)

The hiking trail to the beach is a bit rough. But it’s fun!

Everything! Such beautiful grounds! Very relaxing.. quiet, and nothing but sounds of animals and nature. The rooms are so private and beautiful decorated and planned out.

Very clean swimming pool. Quiet and relaxing place.

One of our rooms was just under the swimming pool. So The ceiling was leaking. There were a bunch of ants in the bed, and they didn't leave even after the staff tried to kill them. The room smelled of dampness and mold! It was impossible to sleep in this room! It should be closed and not used for guests ! The second room was fine. But it just fine. Not good

Very friendly and helpful staff! Peaceful place with great location close to Sabang Underground, Hundred caves. We enjoyed the scenery, the pool table and swimmingpool.

Peacefully located in the jungle, the room design is amazing. We are a family travelling with 3 kids and it was just the perfect setting for us. An amazing view from the room and the restaurant and the staff was really helpful.

Staff were lovely and eager to please.

There was no refrigerator in bungalow. As we visited in the low season not all amenities were open due to hardly any other guests.
