Hotel Aaritz

Classic with a modern feel. All amaneties are very nice. Staff was excellent. Special thanks to Sergio. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is excellent.

Minor thing but the messages were subpar relative to the rest of the hotel.

What a wonderful place !! Everything was just perfect ! The staff were very helpful , after only one day you could feel like at home. Very high standard. Very clean and beautiful. I hope I can come back one day. Thank you for creating such and amazing place

Slow internet

The location is perfect, opposite the main gondola and a short walk into town and to all of the best restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, had an incredible spa and was probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!

The property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and the staff is absolutely incredible. We were treated so kindly and would absolutely stay here again. On top of that, the breakfast is SOOO good. We'd recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Dolomites in the winter or summer, and would also note that the town it's in is also a great choice! Perfect stay :)

The pillows were far thinner than we are used to - even if you asked for extra's it was a tad uncomfortable for what is otherwise a fabulous place to stay.

It must be the best hotel we ever stayed at! the service is so warm and welcoming, from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel until we left, the hotel staff were there with a smile, ready to help us, or just chat with us about our day or give advices. The hotel have a warm pool, jacuzzi and spa area which was perfect after a hot day of hiking. The pool area was always clean and had water and tea refreshments. Our room was big, with very comfortable bed, 2 blankets, Smart Tv, refrigerator, a small living room and a big bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The room was cleaned multiple times during the day. The breakfast had good selection of both healthy and yummy food, with great cappuccino! To summarize, we had a great time and will definitely come back :)

The only small thing that was missing was air conditioning in the room, we stayed during a very hot August. We opened the windows but it was a bit noisy from the road.
