all was excellent. the room, comfort, cleanliness, staff and the food

The view, breakfast, the crew's attitude , room was amazing, nice bar

The property was in a beautiful location. The room was clean and comfortable.

We did purchase the inclusive dinner but decided we would have it. We were unsure of what we were paying for and given no direction. The food was incredibly small portions for the price paid.

Bar service and maid service were great,

Location is at the end of the free shuttle service and has only one shuttle line to it so it the shuttle less frequent than desired. No grocery store nearby.

We were late back a few times and there was no hot water left

Excellent location in the Dolomites and across the street from the cable car!
