Not much to like, not a pleasant experience.

Surly reception experience, unloved accommodation, not particularly clean. The shower didn’t work and even though we told them in the evening, there was no offer of a remedy to this, although we accept our understanding of Spanish is limited. When we raised the same issue on checkout the more helpful lady was under the impression we had declined to change rooms, this was not our experience. Just a sad place, that has seen better days. Wouldn’t rush back…

Great location! Lovely looking hotel with stained glass and marble everywhere! Helpful and friendly staff! Great bar and restaurant 👍
