I paid £45 for a taxi to the hotel from the Munich airport. On my arrival at the hotel, there was nobody at reception desk to provide me the key to my room. I called the number given and the person in charge told me that he was 25km away from the hotel and he said he wasn't willing to come to the hotel to give me the key to my room. Instead he adviced me to book a room somewhere else which I ended up calling another taxi and staying at another hotel in the city. I haven't got any apologies neither from the hotel nor from booking.com. They haven't refunded the money I paid for the room.

Hình ảnh quảng cáo không giống thật. Phòng vô cùng nhỏ, tiện nghi không có gì. Ban công thì đầy rêu phong ẩm mốc, chỗ ở vắng vẻ, không có nhân viên phục vụ. Giá phòng khá cao 80€ so với nhiều nơi khác là đắt
