The location

They need to warn customers it has many steps, some which aren't stable. The room is quite tired, bed not comfy, no water in room, no tv, bar closed at 9 at night and when we came back from a restaurant before 11 at night another guest was shouting at us to be quiet. You could hear people in the room next door

Such a beautiful and tranquil hotel in a perfect location for a peaceful getaway. Lovely rooms and great facilities.

Prachtige tuin met zwembad en Ibiza sunbeds. Nette kamer (we kregen een dubbele kamer aan de voorkant) alles keurig netjes en schoon. Met airconditioning. Prima ontbijt veel keus en in de mooie tuin.

Te kleine badkamer, veel trappen dus minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

The staff is extremely kind, our aircon was not working and they changed the room and offered us the breakfast for free

Breakfast could be improved The shower of the first room was very small and dark, the second room had a great shower though

A very nice boutique hotel close to a lot of restaurants and cafes, as well as the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always tried their best to accommodate you. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel and would go back again in a heartbeat. There are steps, but we loved this because it had such a great view over Santa Eulalia and the stepped garden made the setting magical. The attention to detail in the garden was wonderful. The hotel is not far from the coast and the centre of the town. The staff were lovely, particularly the cleaning lady, our room was cleaned every day. And the night doorman, always so friendly and helpful ,(helped us call a local taxi). Thank you both ❤️ You don't need towels. You can hire beach towels for €10 and get them changed each day - brilliant. The bed was more comfy than my bed at home, and the shower was great. We visited 2nd week of Sept, always bed loungers available (free), weather was outstanding. We hired a car. There is parking for 3 cars opposite. You can also park above the hotel and use the back door or public side steps. Lovely location. The rooms at night were very quiet.

We missed not having a fridge. There is a supermarket across the road but no chilled water. Best cold water from the Spar or petrol station, both very close to the hotel.
