Great location

Housekeeping services not up to standard . Cleaning services great but stocking up tissues , tea/coffee/ milk / cups /saucers /spoons , things that I would expect from a 5 star hotel were not forthcoming . Very poor service in that department .

Good choice of restaurants. Lovely pool. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and efficient staff.

The surrounding areas were a bit run down which was a shame. Las Lomas in particular looked very neglected.
