Really nice hospitality from the owner and all staff

We recently stayed at Hotel Dr Otto Murr and had a fantastic experience. Alexandra, the owner, was incredibly helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and ski plans. The facility itself was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location close to the lift and the center was very convenient. I would highly recommend Hotel Dr Otto Murr to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Hostess and staff are very friendly and helpful, and take their time to assist you with any questions you might have. On top of that: breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are clean and tidy, just as the pool and welness area. And if you’re skiing, ski’s can be stalled in the basement, boots are warmed, and the ski-lift is just around the corner.

The host (sorry im terrible with names) was also the owner. She made me feel very welcome and even printed out the maps. The amenities are FAR better than the pictures portray them. If I ever come back, this is where I will stay again. The breakfast was also very good!

It was a little far from the lift but not that bad of a walk. I also think there's a bus you could take that I just never used which is my fault

The hotel looks much better than in the photos, it is spacious, modern, clean. The biggest surprise was the very helpful and kind staff and the breakfast, which lacked absolutely nothing. The spa was also very nice, especially after a day of skiing, much needed.

There was nothing I didn't like about this stay... Everything met my expectations. We got all the necessary info and service! The only thing that would be wonderful is to serve sandwiches or main meals in the afternoon when you don't want to go out and just relax.
