La ubicación es de fácil acceso. Perfecto como hotel de paso. Relación calidad/precio muy buena. Todo muy limpio. Cena en el restaurante del hotel muy buena, raciones muy grandes, y a un precio aceptable.

El ascensor va muy, muy lento. Tanto que parece que no se esté moviendo y da la impresión de que no funciona. En la habitación hacía bastante calor (y era invierno): estaría bien poder regular la temperatura.

A pocos minutos de la estación de trenes de Puertollano, buena relación calidad precio, la cocina abierta hasta tarde, habitación con buena calefacción y todo muy limpio, la atención en la cafetería es muy buena por parte de todo el personal,
