Localizada bem no centro da cidade. Com cafe da manha bom.

Nos arrumaram um quarto no terceiro andar, nao deixaram utilizar o elevador por conta de queda de energia. Chegando no quarto tinha uma goteira enorme, a cama estava toda molhada. Reclamamos e nos realocaram em outro quarto no terreo, igual ao do terceiro andar. Se tinha disponibilidade no terreo e nao podia usar o elevador, por que ja nao nos alocaram no quarto do terreo?
