Hotel Waldruhe

La spa è grande, pulitissima e molto accogliente. Il personale è gentilissimo, il cibo è delizioso e molto vario. La valle di Casies è incantevole e molto tranquilla.

Le stanze avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata. Sono comunque pulitissime ed comode anche se un po’ datate .

Nice hotel (though old school) with a very nice view to the mountains. Very very supportive and service minded staff. Good breakfast and nice cost friendly dinner offer every night. Very nice wellness area.

The rooms were very old (but everything was clean and working). The bed was a bit too short for a "grown up man". We got a room just above the terrace, which occasionally caused tobacco smoke at our balcony. The jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, always looking for an opportunity to provide us assistance. The wellness area was adequate and looked very nice.

The cleaning staff came into our room even though we put out the "do not disturb/no cleaning needed" label on the door. Even after that, several parts of the room and bathroom were unclean.

Lovely place with great service. The rooms are not the newest, but the hotel has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Delicious meals, there is something different for dinner every day. Saunas and pool are great - perfect after hiking.

Location was great, room views were lovely, and the wellness spa was perfect after a full day of outdoor activities. The staff, even with language challenges, provided advice for our outdoor pursuits. The meals were also excellent.

The rooms and decor were stuck on the 70's and although spotlessly clean could do with an upgrade. The hallways were very dark and would benefit from automated lighting.
