Location and some really helpful staff.

Other staff were not as helpful - tended to focus on Italian customers or those who were booking in for dinner. Having to pay extra for beach towels and also not having an iron available was poor. Finally the walls are paper thin so you hear next door having showers/flushing toilets. Not ideal.

Silvia and her staff are so welcoming and friendly! Thank you Samantha and Arlind for all your great assistance. Truly a privilege to get to know Silvia and the family history of owning this special spot for over 60 years. Fantastic rooms, excellent food, fun artwork and seating areas throughout, and positive beach/pool vibes while viewing the incredible mountains across the lake. We will be back!

Our second visit and it feels like coming home. Super friendly staff, brilliant breakfast and amazing dinner. Nice design features. Just everything there to wind down from a hectic life. Directly at the lake. The hotel has 4 different buildings (villas) which makes it cosy and it never feels overrun. Also just a few walking minutes away from the old town -and to a fun beach bar in the opposite direction.

Great value for money. Clean rooms with all important amenities (such as air con), lovely location, stunning terrace with a fantastic lake view. On top of this, a very capable kitchen, friendly staff and a cosy village next door with an ample choice of restaurants, cafés and small boutiques. Nice setup for bathing with a small pool just a few steps from the beach (easy to shift in between!). Prices are reasonable, too. We will certainly be back!
