location was perfect and the stay was quite good

the waiters were very egar to take our order not wating to listen or recommend which should be the case specially for tourists

Had the issue of electricity tripping many times even at the middle of the night. The room became pitch black which got us a bit frightened. Poor wifi network. Staffs have to be more friendlier and proactive.

Although Your room tariffs were high, The rooms were clean.staff were very cooperative.

Even after,You are charging 10000 rupees per night, you could not provide a decent parking lot. Really pathetic. Customers have to park their valuable vehicles in a wet and muddy land without a roof and at owners risk.so sad. I chose a half board plan , thinking that, You will provide great cuisines.but your dinner was not buffet and the menu was poor.

The rooms were good and neat. Hotel location is a plus

I had pre-booked for dinner and it was included as part of the tariff. However when we went for dinner the attitude of the staff was very bad. Their attitude was as if we were eating for free and each dish we ordered took a lot of time to bring
