Very kind and responsive staff, the castle has fine architecture covered in green plants and beautiful views, rich and delicious breakfast

Nothing! Everything was great!

The ambiance is amazing (mideval atmosphere, lovely garden, the view), there's a little play area for kids, friendly staff, 20 minute walk to town and we really enjoyed the rooftop jaccuzzi.

Just a note, that the pool is part of the wellness, hence not for kids - but the jaccuzzi makes up for it:)

Good position

Unhelpful receptionist. Room decor tired. Fire hazard due to overlarge light bulb overheating light shade. General air of lethargy. Limited information for guests.

Quiet location, spacious rooms, OK breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Pool and wellness were closed which was a surprise - check before making a reservation, if you plan to use it

Staff is great and location is amazing; situated on top of the hill 15 minute walk to wonderful Čedad. when you sit on the terrace, looking at scenic hills, it is quite an experience.

They are most definitely not 4 star hotel. Rooms are old and air conditioning looks like a health hazard. Walls are paper thin. The problem is the price - not worth this type of stay. Beware - spa is extra charged for 30 euros and has funny opening hours. so for around 200 per night you can get much more for your money. Breakfast is also very average, some sweets were nice and coffee was insane, served by a really nice lady.
