NOTHING THE STAFF WAD REALLY RUDE NOT COURTEGEOUS AT ALL ONLY WANT TO GRAB MONEY

The stay was really disappointing, I request you to refund my money paid in excess as the staff was literally rude, however I requested for early check in, they charged extra Rs.200 which was not told by hotel earlier, I checked out after a day but not recorded in book as I have some work near by I asked to take out my stuff but not clearly answered but when I came back just around 1`O Clock, he asked for Rs.500 more to keep luggage in room but was not disclosed prior and on opposing it they grab my stuff and literally yelled at me & not taken back my luggage until I gave him Rs.200 & my cab was also cancelled by driver due to this ruckus and I had to pay a penalty to book a next ride. Moreover, I ordered a tea from staff which was just of Rs.10, the ladies in the sweeping staff charged Rs. 20 as tip. I literally suffered & the experience was really pathetic & It was not expected such harassment made by a property collaborating to such esteemed institution like you, it was a property that only wants to grab money not to make hospitality to your valuable customers, 2/10 for property as I request to change the bedsheet with was really untidy and not called for, blanket was given to me after request in the evening, Mug at bathroom was divided in two. However, more disturbing is that at the incident of yelling and demanding extra money in inappropriate manner I called your customer care no. but you had not responded, due my flight at short I had pay it as no option left to me, it was not about just Rs. 200 it was more of the disgusting behavior of staff, his spit almost come to my mouth. I never expected this from you & not going to recommend to anyone.
