Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio ,abbiamo fatto il check in con registrazione documenti e consegna chiavi della camera ,premetto che la camera non è quella che avevo prenotato ,nel corridoio ci stavano sacchi della biancheria ,telo doccia solo per una persona ,doccia stretta ,specchio rotto ,siamo usciti e al rientro siamo stati bloccati da un Signore nell'ascensore dicendo che dovevamo mostrare i documenti che non potevamo accedere in camera senza essere registrati,ho spiegato che non era così che noi eravamo già registrati ma nulla ,mi sono dovuto avvicinare alla reception e il propietario si e accorto che avevamo già saldato e soprattutto registrati ,premetto che ci sono modi e modi per verificare senza bloccare l'ascensore insistendo la richiesta dei documenti davanti altri clienti che uscivano dalla struttura ,mentre saliamo abbiamo sentito che il.signore che ci ha bloccato disse che ''figura "..al momento della colazione sono arrivate le scuse ma servono a ben poco ,un consiglio prima di bloccare un cliente accertatevi prima di fare una pessima figura soprattutto dal propietario ... Colazione scarsa per un 3 stelle
