Il personale gentile , e la struttura pulita

Check inn sono arrivato alle 12,15 e mi e stato detto che il check inn si poteva fare solo dalle 13 ,00 , mi sono seduto e ho aspettato , sono arrivati una coppia di inglesi e invece il check inn a loro e stato fatto alle 12,30circa ???? Seconda cosa servizio navetta ??? Ho chiamato la navetta xime indicato dalla struttura e non h risposto nessuno , morale Taxi 35,00 euro per fare pochi km , ho chiesto la navetta alle 3 ,00 del mattino e non e stato possibile perche e sono fino alle 22,30 ,mi hanno prenotato il taxi che mi e costato altri 30 euro senza ricevuta , la sera cena ,morale ho speso poco meno di un 5 stelle . Forse e il caso di specificare il tipo di servizi erogati .

Het was redelijk schoon

Om er te komen is het 7 minuten met een auto vanuit het vliegveld fiumicino…hiervoor zijn taxi’s erg duur ook de shuttle via het hotel vragen ze veel te veel voor 20,00 brengen ze je…of hij komt niet terwijl hij gereserveerd was ..receptie niet bereikbaar die gaat om 10:00 open dus dat was waardeloos..
