Hot water facility was not ok. Hot water is limited period only 7.30 to 9.30 am. That too not Hot. We bath in normal cold water only.

"Beware of the hotel if you are booking in advance !!"

Despite having booked super deluxe rooms hotel staff provided rooms to other guests and conveniently offered us to stay in lower ground rooms which felt like a chawl. While we refused to stay in the rooms manager Satya offered to reduce cost. Finally we refused and had to find another stay on the spot.
