Lo staff preparato alle varie domande sul posto e su come potersi spostare sia in zona che nei paesi vicini. Molto gentili e disponibili sempre anche a tutte le nostre richieste su mancanze in stanza (Es. bollitore o doppi cuscini). Il convettore per il freddo funzionava egregiamente.

In camera mancano i servizi base di hotel secondo me: bollitore, cassaforte, il phon e dei cuscini aggiuntivi li abbiamo dovuti chiedere ma sono stati forniti come la coperta aggiuntiva. Il wifi o i dati mobili al piano superiore nelle camere non funziona, quindi sei scollegato dal mondo come in modalità aereo. Manca un filo per stendere in doccia per poter mettere vestiti o asciugamani bagnati. La metà delle lampadine in camera non funzionavano, idem gli interruttori generali vicino al letto.
