Prenotato alle 19:10 arrivo alle 19:40 e non c’era nessuno. Chiamo il numero di cellulare indicato e non risponde nessuno. Mando vari messaggio e non vengono neanche letti. Sono tutti impegnati per una inaugurazione in altro paese. Sono con stretta a prenotare altrove perché anche booking non mi risponde. Passata una settimana sto ancora attendendo il rimborso. Esperienza pessima. Se si è’ impegnati per una inaugurazione meglio aggiornare booking e non accettare prenotazioni. Non lo consiglio sebbene sia stata loro ospite diverse volte senza intoppi. Amministratore, che mi contratta in modo arrogante dopo diversi gironi mi riferisce che non procederà con il rimborso.. Surreale!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und die Dame an der Reception war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Konnten ohne Probleme unser Zimmer wechseln, da es trotz "no smoking" stark nach Rauch gerochen hat. Das 2. Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Eine Dame vom Reinigungsdienst war sehr unfreundlich. So etwas gabe ich nich nie in einem Hotel erlebt. Sie hat mich mürrisch aufgefordert das Zimmer zu verlassen damit sie putzen kann. Sonst putze sie es nicht mehr. Es war 10.30 Uhr.

breakfast was fine. Not very good, but fine. We were passing through, that's why we did not expect huge service

Italian gastronomy is perfect, a lot of fruit, vegetable,... so the hotel should improve this. Especially the breakfast. But if you do not expect a lot, the support from the hotel is OK... If you prefer better service for the breakfast, just go to the city (as we went) and have a great cappuccino, coffee,... in nearest bar, close to the hotel
