"Not a satisfied stay."

Easy check in and checkout process. Access to PUBLIC TRANSPORT & RESTAURANT.

Room was not maintained well. Visible patches in walls in several places. Bathroom not looking. More of stains across the bathroom. pillow covers looks like used.

"Decent one though it’s expensive"

Room was spacious, but not neat clean. Location was too good, right close to new bus stand, close by restaurants.

the staff wasn’t aware of my reservation, they made me to wait for 30 minutes and after checking with their manager, allocates a room. It was bizarre.

Service so bad..

1.2nd day request water bottle also didn't get 2.asked for a payment receipt, but the hotel did not give a receipt
