Hotel Olanda

We stayed at hotel Olanda 12 nights. The family room is very basic but has everything needed. The location is just 3 min walk to the beach. You get a beach card for two sunbeds and one umbrella. Breakfast was delicious with big variety. The personal is very friendly and aways willing to go an extra mile for any of your requests. Our room faced the busy street which gets very crowded and loud in the evening and at night but with external blinds closed we did not hear much noise. One can't sleep with open window though due to the noise from the street.

The double bed was not so comfortable.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast and rooms cleaned daily and they gave us a lift to the bus station on the morning of our departure.

The hotel is situated on the main street Lido di Jesolo in the western part of the long line of beach hotels. About an hour from Venice. Comfortable and clean beach 3 minutes from the hotel (the price includes an umbrella and 2 sun loungers). Convenient parking either on the next street (walk - 5 min) or in the courtyard of the hotel. When arrived we had no problems parking near the entrance of the hotel (it's very cheap and free from 6 to 9 am). There are many restaurants and shops around. Children's entertainment - casinos and attractions. Not large, but comfortable room, excellent air conditioner. There is a small safe. The plumbing in bathroom is new. There is a kettle and not small fridge. Everything works fine. There is a hair dryer, shower gel and a soap. Enough storage cabinets. Large balcony with table and chairs, it is possible to dry clothes and towels. WI-FI works very well. There is no such perfect cleanliness even in 5* hotels. Really very clean everywhere. We dropped a doll behind the bed, moved it and did NOT see the dust!!! Snow-white bed linen. Change towels, etc. every day. Very kind and polite cleaners. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. Nice breakfast (several types of slicing meat and cheese, yoghurts, muesli, eggs, hot beacon, different fruits and a lot of different delicious baked goods. Everything was fresh. Wonderful coffee. The restaurant staff are very friendly. No problem with payment. Check-in and check-out - 2 minutes. Separately, I would like to say about the hotel staff. They not only took care of our comfort and fulfilled any request in a minute, but also created a wonderful mood with their smiles for the whole day. We really felt like the most important guests in the hotel. We were surrounded by care and attention from the booking to departure. We had a great time, enjoyed the sea!

Сheck-out from the hotel would be more convenient at least at 10.00 am instead of 9.00 am. But we would rather not leave at all ! ))) Like the whole Lido di Jesolo, this place does not sleep at night. So, if you want silence and privacy, this is may be not the best place for you. But the windows of our room overlooked the courtyard, with the windows closed we did not hear the noise and slept perfectly.

Nice hosts, location in the very center, free sunbeds on the beach which located 3-minute walk away from the hotel, parking place, 20% discount in the excellent Albatros restaurant, which unfortunately we found out about only on the last day of our stay. There is a bus stop nearby for the buses to the port of Punta Sabbioni with ferries to Venice. Aquapark Caribe Bay is a 13-minute walk away from the hotel.

Smoking is allowed in the restaurant during breakfast, which is very unpleasant, even when sitting outside..

The staff was very nice and helpful and always present. They picked us up from the central station. They have their own beach (two sunbeds and an umbrella for every room) included in the price, which is 5 min away (walking). The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was included and good. It was also a very good value. I would definitely go back.

The breakfast is good, but the options are limited and not changing along the days. They allow smoking (on the porch only) in the breakfast area.
