The only truly positive experience during the stay was the Michelin-star restaurant. Both the food and the service there were excellent. It is a pity that such a high-quality restaurant operates within a hotel where the rest of the service falls significantly short of expectations.

This hotel has the infrastructure of a 5-star property, but unfortunately the service does not match the standard at all. The main problem is the reception team, which appeared poorly organised and unprofessional. Upon arrival, nobody assisted with luggage. In addition, the shuttle bus service did not function properly. The receptionist refused to send the shuttle to locations that are normally approved pickup points, which made transportation unnecessarily complicated. Breakfast was another disappointment. With the exception of the last morning, the quality and service were far below what one would expect from a hotel of this category. There seemed to be enough staff, but the service was slow and poorly coordinated, cleanness, ... Another design issue is that some rooms face a pool directly in front of the windows, which forces you to keep the curtains closed most of the time if you want privacy.

Innanzitutto il rapporto qualità-prezzo è totalmente sbagliato. Costa davvero tanto per i servizi che offre. Ad esempio. Il bagno della nostra camera era indecente per un 5 stelle. Vecchio con la vasca e ogni volta si allagava il bagno. Due cocktail analcolici serviti a bordo piscina in microscopici bicchieri pieni di ghiaccio: 15 euro l’uno. Nessun buffet dei dolci a colazione o a cena. Nessuna merenda offerta a metà pomeriggio. Noi siamo stati tante volte nei 5 stelle in zona e i servizi erano decisamente migliori a parità di prezzo. Quindi non ci torneremo più.
