"Simply Mind-blowing"

Recently, we stayed at Hotel Royal Crowne near Kolkata Airport and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the staff was extremely friendly and cooperative. Food was easily available, adding to the comfort of our stay. Being just 1.2 km from the airport, the location is very convenient for travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

I appreciate two staff worked at the restaurant, the chief cooked for me the best mixed veg with gravy, his communication was good, understood my requirements easily and I enjoyed that dinner sooooo much :)

Difficult to communicate with the front desk staff, they told me breakfast at 0700 and I surprised that it is 0730 When I told them ( I need boiled eggs and fruits and I'll delay till I have my breakfast then will go to the airport) I ended up leaving without breakfast. I asked for an iron, the said (don't have) while I spotted an iron desk upstairs, at least they should guide me to that one. Definitely ll not stay there again, NEVER EVER :(

Only good think is location.

Need to focus on cleaning. Reusing of Dirty bedsheets. Windows locks are broken. Didn't provide about Wi-Fi.
